With her tail in the air, Mirza runs to the first whistle of the kettle, eager to bring the comfort of a tea to her owner. The teapot is opened by slightly pushing the piece of metal that blocks the lid forward; the tea leaves are placed in the filter and then, sprinkled with boiling water, infused.
Mirza's pedigree features a wooden handle, an aluminium cover and a stainless steel filter. This enamelled white porcelain teapot is handmade in Hungary, according to the artisanal principle of casting which gives it its irregular shape.
Mirza wears an orange cord cosy and thus keeps the tea warm for longer. To wash it, you undress it: once it is dry, you put it back on, it's very simple. She then adopts an upright position, at rest, muzzle up, waiting for orders, looking for a sign.
